The petition called on the court to also decide the cases against the 17 political parties be within a month.

The party has taken a stand that the ECP was acting impartially while taking action only against the PTI, and that the commission had refused to scrutinise the accounts of the 17 other political parties like the PTI accounts thus, the PTI has become the [only ]affected party.

“The Election Commission should also be ordered to scrutinize the accounts of 17 political parties,” the petition prayed. “It should be ordered that the State Bank of Pakistan investigate the accounts of all political parties and make the details of the findings public.”
